About Dr. Allman 
A native of California, Dr. Allman was a 1982 graduate of Santa Clara University and a 1986 graduate of UCLA School of Dentistry. Locating his practice in Reno following graduation, Dr. Allman has developed a unique blend of diagnosis and therapy using state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment for all facets of general dentistry, non-surgical TMJ diagnosis and therapy and oral appliances for Snoring and Sleep Apnea. Dr. Allman works very closely with many medical specialists in the area to create a team approach to overall patient care. Over the past 26 years, he has attended thousands of hours of advanced postgraduate continuing education courses throughout the country concerning crown and bridge procedures, endodontics, oral surgery, dentures and partials, periodontics, orthodontics, craniofacial pain, TMJ disorder diagnosis and therapy and oral appliance therapy for Snoring and Sleep Apnea. His passion for constant improvement and continuing education keep he and his team striving for excellence every day. Dr. Allman is an internationally known expert and has been asked to lecture by many organizations in the areas of Dental Sleep Medicine and TMJ related disorders. His goal is to teach dentists throughout the world to work collaboratively with physicians to effectively treat patients and bring light to the insidious nature of these problems.
Dr. Allman is committed to advanced dental therapeutics and has demonstrated his knowledge and ability through testing and patient case review. Dr. Allman has been awarded a total of seven Fellowship and Diplomate Awards from the following organizations:

Dr. Allman is married to the love of his life, Juliene, and enjoys his two children, Shandra and Bear and free time is filled with camping, boating, golfing and flying with his family of four; all are pilots.
